    Description

    Unused Bendel approximately 1,200 gallon vertical 304 Stainless Steel quench tank. 4ft diameter X 12ft high straight side. Internal rated ATMOS @ -20 to 600 F. Welded dished heads. S/N 14716-1/1.

    Top Fittings: 12in "U" vent. 3in center bottom drain. (1) 4in side top inlet, (1) 6in side bottom outlet, (1) 12in side bottom inlet connected to downspout sparge tube. (1) 2in side bottom inlet for level switch, (1) 2in offset bottom outlet for temperature transmitter, and (1) 30in side bottom manway. Tank is equipped with (8) center baffle clips, (2) center baffles (approx. 2in H X 36in) and (2) outer baffles (approx. 2in H X 24in ID X 47.5in OD)

    Shell and Head thickness 0.25in.

    Mounted on (4) angle iron legs giving 23in clearance from bottom outlet to floor. Insulated and covered with aluminum sheathing.
