    Description

    Built by ward tank corporation, charlotte, north carolina. Stainless steel construction. 53-1/2in diameter with 82in straight side. Cover is 1/2in thick stainless steel flanged/bolted. Cover has one, 4in flanged inlet, one is 6in flanged inlet. Bin has separate bottom flanged cone section that is 17in high straight side with 45 degree slope, 6in flanged outlet. Hopper bottom has 8in flanged hot air inlet. Hopper has perforated interior cone which is suitable for air distribution and material blending. Cone also has 4in flanged side outlet on the side of the hopper. Bottom section of cone has four lifting lug locations. Shell is partially insulated. Bottom part of cone has insulation clips. Shell maximum allowable working pressure is 5 psig at 320ft f. Shell test pressure is 7.5 psig. Serial number is w-1124d. Upper shell also has 3in flanged nozzle; 8in flanged nozzle near top of straight side of shell with floating van-stone type of flange.
