Cherry Burrell Stainless Steel Vertical Vacuum Flavor Tank, approximately 350-Gallon capacity.

Rated for 60 PSI @ 300 degrees F internal, includes (2) CIP spray balls.

Vessel measures 42in diameter X 56in straight side with dish top & bottom.

Bottom includes 6in diameter center bottom outlet with elbow connection, tapered to 2-3/4in diameter discharge.

Top includes 18in diameter center top manway with heavy duty hinged/bolted cover and 8in diameter side vent.

Head thickness - 0.165in, Shell thickness - 0.140in.

Mounted on (4) stainless steel pipe legs.

ASME code constructed. National Board number 1264.
